Q: Why are the fabrics shown only as swatches and not on mannequins?
A: Each scrub is custom-made. This means no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Because of this variation, displaying them on mannequins would not reflect the exact design or colours you will receive. The swatches give you the closest representation of the fabric while keeping each piece one-of-a-kind.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes! We can definitely create personalised pieces for you

• if you'd like to add on pockets ie shoulder pockets , chest pockets

Q:  What makes your scrubs different from others?
A: Our scrubs are crafted with high-quality, breathable fabrics that are soft, durable, and designed for long shifts. we also feature unique batik-inspired patterns that bring comfort and style together, making you stand out while staying professional.

Q. Are your scrubs true to size?
A: Our scrubs are designed with a standard size chart. However, since fit can vary and they are individually handmade - a variation of a couple of centimetres to the size chart can occur, we recommend checking our size chart before ordering. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Q: What fabric are the scrubs made of?
A: Our scrubs are made from a premium blend of cotton and polyester for comfort, stretch, and easy care. The perks? - the fabric is lightweight, breathable, and wrinkle-resistant.

Q: Do the scrubs shrink after washing?
A: No, our scrubs are pre-shrunk and designed to maintain their shape even after multiple washes.

Q: What is the difference with the male and female scrubs fitting?
A: We offer male and female tailored fits. Female scrubs give compliments to the feminine silhouette whereas , the male cut is straight cut to provide a more structured fit.

Q: Can I customize my scrubs with embroidery (name/logo)?

A: Yes! We provide embroidery services for names and logos for bulk orders of 10 or more and there are additional cots. If you’re interested, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp or Instagram to discuss details. Please note that customized orders require additional processing time before shipping.

Q: Do you restock designs once sold out?
A: Since each collection is made in limited runs, designs may not be restocked. We encourage you to grab your favourite pieces before they’re gone.

 Q: Are the scrubs wrinkle-resistant? Can I iron the scrubs?
A: Yes, our fabric is designed to resist wrinkles, keeping you looking professional throughout your shift. Yes, you may iron them on a low to medium heat setting if needed ( but it is not necessary - they can be worn without ironing ).

Care Instructions 

Q: How should I care for my handmade items?
A: Generally, gentle hand washing and air drying work best- avoid bleach.

Q: Do the medical scrubs colour fade?
A: tried and tested over 100 washes - NOT AT ALL! they have remained colourfast.
